September 10-12, 2026 | Destin, FL
Our annual meeting is back for the 6th time since changing our event name!
This new name is intended to reflect our growing presence in the southeast as a top-notch, prime-destination continuing education event. While hosted by the Alabama AGD, we welcome a growing number of attendees each year from other parts of the country. When you consider our reputation for high-quality speakers and the Emerald Coast’s sugary white sands, it’s easy to see why attendees keep coming back year after year.
This event has already taken place for 2025. The next online registration for conference attendees, exhibitors, and corporate sponsors will open at the beginning of 2026.
Hotel Accommodations
We contract with the Hilton Sandestin each year to provide excellent room rates for our meeting attendees. We will post a link to a special reservation portal that will allow you to take advantage of these discounted rates as soon as it’s released to us by the hotel.

2025 Registration Rates
Frequently Asked Questions
What does conference registration include?
Other than the spouses and guest category, conference registration rates allow for registration for all lecture courses at no additional cost (excluding hands-on/participation courses). Three full days of CE are offered, which means it’s possible to earn up to 21 hours of CE credit.
Registration also includes two catered evening social events (see additional details below).
Why is there a charge for spouses and guests if they don’t get CE?
All registration categories include our two dinnertime social events on Thursday and Friday in which food, refreshments, and a drink voucher are provided (event tickets are free, but must be reserved in advance when registering).
Thursday night is our Sunset Welcome Reception held on the Hilton’s outdoor pool deck, offering stunning views of the Emerald Coast. Friday night is our Exhibit Hall Party, offering a chance to interact with our exhibitors and win door prizes (worth over $3000 in value). We know your family will love to be a part of both these events!
What about kids? Do I have to pay for them to attend the social events with me?
There is no charge for kids 16 and under, but they must be mentioned in your registration to make sure they receive a name badge.
