It’s no doubt that you’ve heard of the recent controversy regarding the proposed Board of Dental Examiners rule on Botox and other injectables. Along with other organizations, the Alabama AGD has been working behind the scenes in hopes of bringing about a situation that continues to allow dentists to continue treatments they are properly trained in and yet still protects the Alabama public.
In consultation with various leaders within our organization, the Alabama AGD has composed an open letter to the Board regarding this issue.
